We took one an hour before before sleeping as suggested, and it immediately put our mind at ease. Not to mention it tasted just like candy! We woke up feeling well-rested and much more relaxed than usual. Each gummy contains 45MG of CBD and 3MG of melatonin.
The Vegan Gel Capsules (2400mg) pack a potent dose of CBD packed into one easy-to-swallow capsule. It was super easy to take on-the-go and suggested use is one or two per day. These capsules definitely made us feel more calm and relaxed throughout the day. They did not have any distinct flavour which was great as usually capsules leave an off-taste in your mouth.
