Madame Fù unveils new dishes for Summer '21
Inspired by the cosmopolitan culture of Hong Kong, Madame Fù unveils new dishes spotlighting fresh and sophisticated ingredients. Ranging from seasonal dishes to traditional culinary masterpieces, the new a la carte menu showcases a series of authentic yet appealing dishes which will definitely surprise you. Madame Fù now offers various choices of the finest contemporary delicacies of the Western and Asian dining experience, so get ready for the mouth-watering curation!
The dishes have been evolved from classic Chinese cuisine while adopting Western cooking styles, and the most intriguing dish would have to be the Flaming Rib-eye Steak, which is marinated with 5 Chinese herbs and slow-cooked for 8 hours. The steak is then set on fire with Bourbon Whisky when served on the table with Sichuan sauce on the side - you may expect a phenomenal dining spectacle from the dish!
Madame Fù also features different fruits and herbs in the dishes to cope with the hot and humid summer. Such as Crispy Pork with Yuzu Sauce, creates a nice balance between the deep-fried Iberian pork cutlets and the refreshing citrusy scents of Yuzu which gives an aromatic zest in every bite.
Some more chef’s recommendations such as the cold dish New Zealand Mussels in Shiso Dressing presents a fresh yet rejuvenating taste of the ocean, while it enhances the umami of the mussels and also exhibits the light citrusy-herbal flavours. As a representative seafood dish in Asian cuisines, the sweet, tangy Teriyaki Baked Salmon served in a smoked Cloche is grilled to buttery tender and succulent. Another innovative dish from the menu - Seafood Crispy Rice Soup made of flavourful chicken & seafood broth and substituted with piping-hot crispy rice for a tantalising combination of both taste and textures.
Lastly, their Baked Crispy Chicken Stuffed with Black Truffle Fried Rice gives a nostalgic sensation from the aromatic black truffle fried rice, served with the fresh green salad which you should never miss.
