Romato, Hong Kong unveils an all-new brunch experience

The heart of rustic Italian cooking lies at Ramato, the charming neighbourhood Italian restaurant and bar opened by JIA Group in May 2022 that has recently entered into MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau 2023. With a menu developed by the esteemed Chef Antimo Maria Merone of Estro fame together with Head Chef, Matteo Caripoli, Ramato serves traditional southern Italian fare with family-style charm and rustic touches.

Until July 2023, Ramato will serve a special themed brunch menu on one Sunday every month in the place of its usual weekend lunch a la carte offering. Italian Sunday Roast: Arrosto All’Italiana, an elevated twist on the classic pub favourite, will continue on Sunday 9th April, Sunday 21st May, Sunday 11th June and 2nd July. Priced at HK$618 + 10% service charge per guest, the family-style brunch feast will feature unlimited servings of appetisers such as Italian cold cuts and seared tuna with Borlotti beans, and a pasta of Eliche (corkscrew) with slow-cooked beef and caramelised onions. The main course is a trio of classic roasts: homemade porchetta, lamb leg and roast beef, served alongside grilled vegetables. Finish on a sweet note with a dessert of apple cake “like grandma makes it”. The full themed Sunday brunch menu are as below:
